Meet Jenna Shaw
The wealth was always yours.
I’m here to help you claim it.
You’ve become incredibly good at making money. Now, what do you want your wealth to make possible?
I work with successful women, entrepreneurs and families who have built significant wealth but don’t necessarily want managing that wealth to become another job.
You know how to build. Lead. Create. Take risks. Figure things out.
But when it comes to your money, you may still find yourself wondering: Am I doing enough with what I’ve created?
That’s where I come in.
The numbers tell part of the story. The people behind them are what matter most.
I’m Jenna Shaw, a Wealth Advisor and speaker with more than 15 years in the financial industry. I’ve been the #1 advisor on my team for two consecutive years, ranked among the top advisors in Canada, and today manage more than $150 million in assets.
But the numbers aren’t what I love most about this work. It’s the people behind them.
For me, exceptional wealth advice starts with understanding what someone has worked for, what matters to them and what they want their wealth to make possible.
I want my clients to leave our conversations feeling lighter, clearer and more confident than when they walked in.
Because having money and feeling confident about what you’re doing with it are two very different things.
WHY THIS WORK IS PERSONAL
Money is never just money.
I didn’t come from wealth. Growing up with very little and experiencing financial uncertainty firsthand shaped the way I think about money today.
For a long time, money represented the things I wanted most: safety, freedom, opportunity and choice.
My path into wealth management wasn’t linear either. I was underestimated, overlooked and nearly walked away from the industry altogether. Eventually, I stopped trying to prove I belonged and started trusting myself.
That’s when everything changed.
I built my business by showing up as myself, creating genuine relationships and making conversations about money feel a whole lot more human.
Today, that experience shapes how I think about wealth: it’s never just money. It’s freedom. Safety. Choice. Family. Possibility. Legacy.

What do you want everything you’ve built to make possible?
I have the privilege of sitting across from incredibly successful people and helping them answer that question every day.
My wealth advisory practice is through Thrive Wealth, where my team and I support clients with comprehensive wealth planning and investment advice. For me, great wealth management isn’t simply about growing a number on a statement. It’s about creating clarity around what you have, protecting what you’ve worked so hard to build and helping your wealth support the life you actually want to live.
And my work doesn’t end there.
Through speaking and The Wealth Shift, I’m taking these conversations beyond the advising room, creating space for women to talk differently about money, success, self-trust and what wealth can make possible.
The Wealth Shift is an evolving part of my work, rooted in a simple belief: women deserve more honest, empowering conversations about money and a bigger vision for what wealth can mean in their lives.
Whether I’m sitting across from a client or standing on a stage, my work comes back to the same thing: helping people feel more confident in what they’ve created and more intentional about what comes next.
FEATURED ON CTV NEWS
Taking the conversation beyond the advising room.
From conversations with clients to conversations in the media, I’m passionate about making money feel more human, understandable and relevant to the lives we’re actually building.
Building wealth should never come at the expense of enjoying your life.
Outside of my work, I’m a mom, partner and lifelong believer that the life we’re building matters just as much as the wealth we’re building along the way.
For me, wealth is ultimately about having more freedom, more possibility and more choice. It’s having the ability to spend time with the people you love, say yes to the things that matter, create opportunities for the people around you and enjoy what you’ve worked so hard to build.
That’s what I want for my clients, too.
YOU’VE ALREADY CREATED SO MUCH
Now let’s make sure it supports the life and legacy you’re here to create.
You don’t need another number, another milestone or another version of yourself to begin.
